The band have another busy Christmas schedule, we are playing small carol concerts in several outlying East Riding villages including Cottingham, Anlaby, Skirlaugh and Lelley. We also have Christmas Concerts at Cottingham Civic Hall, Hornsea and our usual participation in the FSID Carol Concert in York Minster.

The East Riding of Yorkshire Band completes their line up for the areas.
The East Riding of Yorkshire Band and their Musical Director Peter Andrews are pleased to announce that the band has filled all seats in preparation for the North of England Regional Championships.
The band welcomed 11 new signings:

The Band is extremely please to have weathered the recent recruitment problems. Here's looking forward to renewed success starting in Darlington.

Merry Christmas
The Band have finished their Christmas Season on a high, playing at Hull City Hall alongside Hull Choral Union. We are now looking forward to the new year and the challenge of preparing the test piece for the areas in March. We would like to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2008.
